I'll be putting together a list of some of the best '11 Pinots I've had and share it on here so you have an idea what to look for. If you come up to the willamette Valley, please let me know! Cheers and thanks for reading.
Fantastic Julia. Living in California, my experience with Oregon Pinots is unfortunately limited thus far and I have not been able to source the really good stuff that I keep hearing about. I'm so glad I can turn to you for help. I guess I'd better get on their wait list to get some wine~
Thanks for reading, Bill! It was an incredible pairing - that peppery/earthy quality in the Zin was so nice with the bacon and blue cheese.
A wonderful post! Thanks so much for the kind words on our Zin. I'm now plotting when I can try this absolutely stunning recipe with our Old Vine Zinfandel.

We have a moderator, but we never delete comments. I'll take a look and see what's up.
For some reason my comments have now been deleted twice. Do you maybe have a moderator that deletes anything with links?
How strange! I saw my comment before as well and now it is gone. At any rate, my site is Wine Club Reviews and Ratings. We focus more on the clubs themselves (what comes with them, how they are shipped, how easy you can cancel, etc) than the actual wine itself, like your posts. We try to throw in some fun things (I'm working on a Halloween post right now) as well. I'll resend the email to you. I think the sidebar has a "kelly" listed?
Well, this is strange...I saw your other comment a bit ago, and then it disappeared. Anyway, I didn't receive an email from you. Please try firstname.lastname@example.org Thank you. Will you send that link again, too? Cheers -

In The Glass: Two Outstanding Elk Cove 2011 Pinot Noirs

In The Glass: Big Sissy Chardonnay 2012
2012 Big Sissy Chardonnay ($35). Expecting a rich and bold expression of the varietal, like many other Chardonnays I've tasted from Washington, I was taken-back by it's crispness and lovely acidity.
